Return and Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to request an exchange or return in accordance with Saudi e-commerce and consumer protection regulations.

Any request for exchange or return must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Once the product is received and inspected, Madar Store will proceed with either the exchange or refund, as applicable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within the timeframe prescribed by applicable laws.

Shipping costs related to exchange or return may apply unless the request is due to a manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery, or an error attributable to Madar Store.

Certain products may not be eligible for exchange or return for health, hygiene, or safety reasons unless they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery. Such exclusions shall be clearly stated on the product page.
